Category 2 –EEA based and the business activity is related to: E-Commerce, Retail, Logistics, Provision of legal services, Legal practice, Marketing, Accountancy, Independent legal professionals, Tax advisors, IT development, Intermediary services.
Category 3 – EEA based and the business activity is related to: Media, Affiliates, Online Advertising, Forex, Activities involving gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, lottery, games of skill and sweepstakes (Only regulated), PSP, Financial services, Money transfer services, Insurance, provision Notary practice, Real Estate, Well known dating sites.
Category 4 – EEA/ Non-EEA based and the business activity is related to: Media, Affiliates, Online Advertising, Forex, Activities involving gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, lottery, games of skill and sweepstakes (Only regulated), PSP, Financial services, Money transfer services, Insurance, provision Notary practice, Real Estate, Well known dating sites.
Category 5 – EEA/ Non-EEA based and the business activity is related to: Media, Affiliates, Online Advertising, Forex, Crypto related industries, Activities involving gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, lottery, games of skill and sweepstakes (Only regulated), PSP, Financial services, Money transfer services, Insurance, provision Notary practice, Real Estate, Well known dating sites.
