Who can open Guru Pay account?

Both private and business entity can open Guru Pay account.

In order to open personal bank account in Guru Pay, you need to fill in the application form provided in our web page. Application review procedure usually takes up to 2 business days when all the required documentation is provided.

How much does it cost to open Guru Pay account?

There are two different private customer categories – EU and non-EU customers, each of later have separate pricing for account opening, what may be found here.

What currencies are supported in my Guru Pay account?

There is one currency supported in the Guru Pay, which is EURO (€).

6.

For whom can I send money from my Guru Pay account?

It is possible to send funds to any other bank within Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), only in EUR currency.

How fast can I transfer funds from a Guru Pay account?

Local SEPA payments are credited on banking days:

  • on the same banking day, if payment is provided before cut-off time – 16:00;
  • on the second banking day, if payment is provided after cut-off time – 16:00.

International SEPA payments are credited on banking days:

  • on the next banking day, if payment is provided before cut-off time – 15:00;
  • after two banking days, if payment is provided after cut-off time – 15:00.

How to find my IBAN account number?

You can find your IBAN account number by logging to your account, then clicking on ACCOUNTS -> Accounts. Here you can see all your accounts, its number and balance.

How to change my account password?

You can change your account password by logging to your account, then clicking on SETTINGS -> Change Login Password or contact us at [email protected].

Can I change funds transfer limits of my Guru Pay account?

You can change your change funds transfer limits by logging to your account, then clicking on SETTINGS -> User Management -> Accounts and cards, here you can change transfer limits, grant different rights to the different accounts and conduct other user account management activities. How to transfer funds from my Guru Pay account to another bank account?

When logged in to your account, click on ORDERS -> Payment -> Choose the Account from which You are going to make a transfer -> Insert amount in EURO and details of payment -> CREATE AND SIGN.

Who can transfer money to my Guru Pay account?

You can receive only SEPA payments to your Guru Pay account. All EU banks (and many more) support SEPA transfers. SEPA participant countries can be found here. The fees for receiving SEPA transfers are provided in the IBAN account for business price list and the Personal IBAN account price list.

Guru Pay use and process the collected personal data in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

Customers personal data is processed in order to provide services for the Customer:

  • Client‘s identity establishment and verification;
  • Execution of transfers of funds and transmission of necessary information together with a transfer in accordance with legislation;
  • KYC (“Know Your Client”) principles implementation;
  • Continuous and periodic client‘s monitoring and risk assessment;

Customers’ personal data may be transmitted to the third parties not specified above for the specified and legitimate purposes only, and only to third parties who have the right established by laws and other legal acts to receive personal data in the countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area.
