This privacy notice provides you with guidance about who we are and describes the conditions of personal data processing for direct marketing purposes. UAB Guru Pay (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or „We“ or “Us”) is an electronic money institution (EMI) providing e-money and payment services to customers in Lithuania, other EEA countries, Switzerland, San Marino, and the Principality of Monaco. The Company carries out financial services activities such as issuance of e-money, SEPA and SWIFT payment transaction (domestic and cross-border), the opening of IBAN accounts, etc. We shall process your data because you have expressed an interest in Company‘s products or services and have started to fill in the registration form on the Company’s website. However, the registration form has not been submitted to the Company and in order to clarify possible problems that you might have encountered and to help you to solve any issues or to offer additional services, we would like to process your contact details so that we will be able to contact you.

 To contact you and to get your opinion on the registration process and reasons why you ceased the filling of the registration form and have not submitted it and to help you solving any issues or to offer our assistance and additional services.

 Your personal data shall be processed based on your explicit consent expressed by ticking the box on the registration form. By expressing your consent, you confirm that you are the director or an authorized representative of the entity on whose behalf you filled out the registration form and that you have the right to express consent to data processing for the specified purpose.

 We shall not transfer your personal data to any third-party recipients including transfer to third countries or international organization; only employees of our Sales department shall have access to your personal data to contact you and to clarify possible issues or to offer our help.

  • Right of access – you have a right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether your personal data is processed as well as the right to access your processed personal data and other related information.
  • Right to rectification – you can require rectification of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning to you.
  • Right to erasure – you have a right to require deletion of your personal data (if one of the grounds specified in legal acts hall apply)
  • Right to restriction of processing – you have a right to request from us to restrict the processing of your personal data (if one of the grounds specified in legal acts shall apply).
  • Right to data portability – you can receive your personal data or to require transferring your personal data to another data controller in a structured and commonly used format.
  • Right to object – you can object to processing of your personal data for purpose of direct marketing and have a right to withdraw your given consent at any time by informing us about this by email at [email protected] or by clicking the link at the end of our email message (if such is available). The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before such withdrawal.
  • The right to complaint – you have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – State Data Protection Inspectorate – if you believe that your personal data has been processed unlawfully and/or processing infringes your rights and freedoms.
